2 lbs Ground Chuck
2 1/2 Johnsonville Brats, cooked and finely chopped
8 strips crisply cooked bacon, finely chopped
1/2 large onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 large eggs
2-3 cups of crushed potato chips
Ketchup

Fry bacon in large frying pan, remove from pan when crispy and let cool. Add onion and garlic to leftover bacon grease and fry for 30 seconds and remove. Add garlic and onion to ground chuck. Chop bacon and add to ground chuck. Take brats out of casing and add to ground chuck. Also add crushed potato chips to mixture. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs until well beaten. Add half of the eggs into ground chuck mixture half at a time and hand mix. Once all of this is well mixed, place in a 7 1/2 " by 10" cake pan. Place on lowest level of oven and cook at 350º for 1 hour. After 1 hour remove loaf from pan and place on cookie sheet. Spread desired amount of ketchup over top of meatloaf and return to oven for 15 minutes.
