For two crusts:
1 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp salt
1 c. shortening 1/4 c. water

For one crust:
1 c. flour 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. shortening 2-3 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt together. Cut in shortening with a fork until mixture look like the size of peas. Add water and mix. Divide dough in half - roll out to size of pie pan. (Never roll out pie dough more than once - gets hard). Roll out over floured surface.
