1/2 lb Lasagna noodles
1 small container ricotta cheese
Parmesan cheese
Garlic Salt and parsley
5-6 lengths of Italian sausage
1 lb mozzarella or provolone sliced
1 lg jar Paul Newman Sockarooni Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Cook noodles 10-12 minutes only and drain. Cook sausage thoroughly and slice. Put together as follows:
Spread a little sauce in bottom of pan, then lay as follows - 1/2 noodles (cover bottom of pan); 1/2 meat; 1/2 sauce; 1/2 Parmesan; 1/2 Mozzarella; 1/2 noodles; all of ricotta; 1/2 meat; and 1/2 sauce. Top with Parmesan and mozzarella. Bake at 350º for 45 to 60 minutes. Cover with foil if cheese gets too brown. Bake longer if necessary. Should be bubbly and browned.
