1 trimmed tenderloin
½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
Kirkland Steak seasoning : or combination sea salt, garlic, paprika and cracked black pepper

1.Wash and trim tenderloin: pat dry with paper towel.
2.Put meat into a glass cooking pan Cover meat with the olive oil than add the spices. Make sure the meat is completely covered with oil and spice. Have meat come to room temperature.
3.Heat up your grill to high temperature. Soak a folded paper towel in olive oil take your tongs and oil your grates. Than place the meat on the grill scoring it. Once scored turn your grill to med turning the meat about every 10 minutes until done to your liking.

Rare approximately 20 minutes: tent meat with foil and let stand for about 15 minutes
Med-Rare approximately 30 to 35 Minutes: tent meat with foil and let stand for about 15 minutes
Med approximately 40 to 45 Minutes: tent meat with foil and let stand for about 15 minutes
