1/2 cup olive oil
1 T Old Bay
1 T fresh chopped parsley
2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 T soy sauce
1 T honey
Pinch cayenne pepper (you can add more if you like spicy food)
1 lb Uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined.

Directions:
Directions:
•Combine all of the ingredients except the shrimp in 9x13 inch baking dish.
•Add shrimp and toss to coat.
•Refrigerate for 1 hour.
•Preheat oven to 450.
•Bake until shrimp are done, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
