1 chicken (whole cut up)
or bone in breasts
1 lg onion (chopped) 2 Tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste 2 14 oz cans tomato sauce
3 Tbsp cinnamon 1/3 c. sugar
4 med red potatoes,
peeled and thickly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken with oil and onion. Add tomato sauce, cinnamon, and sugar. Stew until done. Remove chicken and strain sauce. Cook sliced potatoes in strained sauce until tender.
