1 can black beans
1 can great northern beans
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can shoe peg corn
1 medium chopped purple onion
16 oz crumbled feta cheese
½ cup olive oil
½ cup sugar (or splenda)
½ cup cider vinegar
Cilantro to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse beans and corn. Mix feta cheese, onion, beans and corn and cilantro in a large bowl. Whisk olive oil, sugar, and vinegar. Pour over beans and toss. Serve with tortilla chips or eat as a salad.
