1 tsp. soda
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 stick oleo
4 T. cocoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:
1 stick oleo
4 T. cocoa
6 T. buttermilk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift soda, flour and sugar. Bring oleo, cocoa and water to boil. Add to sifted mixture then add the buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Bake on greased cookie sheet pan at 350º for 20 minutes. Frosting: (frost the cake while it is hot). Boil the butter cocoa and buttermilk. Remove from heat and add the powdered sugar, vanilla and nut. Pour over cake to frost.
