5-7 lb. boneless brisket
1 c. barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in foil-lined pan; pour the above mixture over meat. Wrap foil around top of pan. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Cook at 275 degrees degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
