2 large eggs
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 Tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat waffle iron.
Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy. Beach in remaining ingredients just until smooth.
Pour about 2/3 c. batter onto center of waffle iron.
Bake about 5 min or until steaming stops.
Carefully remove waffle. Serve immediately. Repeat with remaining batter.

If using self-rising flour omit baking powder and salt.

I've tried alot of waffle recipes. The best ones are when you fold in the fluffy egg whites but if you need a fast one this is the best one I've found.
