3 to 4lbs. of baby back ribs
2 cloves of garlic
1 bottle of Open Pit Hickory Sauce
1bottle of Famous Daves Sauce
1bottle of Baby Rays Sauce
seasoned pepper
lemon pepper
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased 9X12 metal pan(Pam spray) smash the garlic clove and 4ozs. of water, now place the ribs on top of the garlic in the water and rub down with vegetable oil, season with the lemon pepper and the seasoned pepper and seal the pan with aluminum foil. Place in the oven at 170 degrees for 7 or 8hrs.
Sauce: Mix 4ozs of Open Pit, 4ozs of Baby Rays and 4ozs of Famous Daves
Heat grill (outside gas grill) to 350 degrees
Brown the meat and bast with the sauce to desired taste.(Approximately 10mins.) And enjoy the best ribs you have ever tasted!

Easy to entertain guests and a great meal..Loughrins live next door to Paulsons' in Sun City West and the "aromas" coming over the fence each night tell us it's dinnertime. Lucky Sherri does not get near the stove .. it's Gene's domain.
