1 Lg. Roll Owens Mild Sausage
1 Onion Chopped
1 Stalk Of Celery Chopped
1 Can Cream Of Celery Soup
1 Can Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream Chicken Soup
1 Box Chicken Flavor Rice-A-Roni
1 Box Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice With 23 Herbs
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
1 Pkg Smoked Sausage Cut Into Bite Size

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Owens sausage, while sausage is cooking, saute onions and celery in butter, set aside.
cook Rice-A-Roni and Uncle Ben's Rice by directions on box. Blend together cooked sausage, smoked sausage, onion, celery and rices until well blended- In a large skillet add soups and Rotel tomatoes, blend well and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Put in casserole dish and bake 20 minutes.
