Directions:Defrost loaf of bread and let rise. Punch down loaf and spread on greased cookie sheet. Keep pulling loaf to cover all of the large cookie sheet. It takes sometime, but try to spread evenly. Spread dressing on lengthwise over dough but just about 3 inches in the middle. Then place corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese over dressing. With a sharp knife make cuts about 2 or 3 inches on both sides of bread along the sides. Then take on slice from each side and pinch together over center. This forms a nice pattern. Continue with remaining strips. Let rise again in warm or very low temperature oven.
Brush with egg white and bake for 20 to 30 minutes in 375º preheated oven. Serve hot and slice between the slits. |
