1 - 2 lb Pork babyback ribs
Paula Dean's House seasoning
1 can Beer
BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Open ribs and rinse. Sprinkle both sides of ribs with seasoning. Place in shallow (cookie sheet works the best) pan. Pour 1 can of your choice of beer in bottom of pan. Cover with foil. Bake for 6 hours, then place on grill and cover in BBQ sauce. Grill for 10 min each side.
