2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg

Mix and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 for 10-15 min. Reduce heat to 350 till knife blade comes out clean when inserted in center of pie.
