Large whole garlic bulbs
Olive Oil
Thyme leaves
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 1/2 off top of garlic bulbs exposing the top of each bulb. Drizzle 1/2 tsp. of olive oil over the top of each bulb. Sprinkle with thyme leaves, salt and pepper to taste.

Place garlic in cold over, heat to 325º. Cook covered with aluminum foil for 60 minutes then uncovered for an additional 60 minutes or until garlic is tender and golden brown.

Baked garlic can be served whole, used for dips or squeeze and spread on warm bread or crackers.

Microwave:
Prepare garlic as directed above. Cook covered at full power for 2-3 minutes. For softer consistency cook a few seconds longer.
