1/2 kilo chicken breasts
1 T. oil
2 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. diced onion
2 tsp. flour
2/3 c. water
1 c. orange juice
2 chicken bouillion cubes
1 – 2 cans mandarin orange sections (depending on what size)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into cubes. Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken. Remove from skillet. Add mushrooms and onion and sprinkle with flour, stirring quickly to combine. Gradually add water, bouillon and orange juice. Stir until thick. Add mandarins and chicken. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
