12 oz. pkg. fresh cranberries
1 large Granny Smith apple (peeled, cored, seeded) cut into chunks
1/2 large sweet red pepper (seeded) cut into chunks
1/2 medium red onion cut into chunks
3/4 C. sugar
1/3 C. apple juice
3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)
2 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper (chopped)
1 tsp. lime zest

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor add first 4 ingredients and pulse until salsa like. Mix last 4 ingredients and pour over salsa and stir. Spoon into jars and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips or use as chutney.
