6 potatoes, sliced
cheese sauce:
3 Tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp flour
2 C milk
1 1/2 C cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat, add flour and seasoning. Stir until well blended. Slowly ass milk. Cook until thickened. Add 1/2 of cheese. Stir well. Place sliced potatoes in 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
