1 2/3 C. chicken gravy
1 1/4 C. shredded Colby cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/3 C. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small onion, diced
1 32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
Directions:
Directions:
Spray 3 qt casserole dish with Pam. In mixing bowl stir gravy, cheese, sour cream, butter, onion, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and mix well. Spoon into dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
