1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
12 eggs
1/2 c milk
32 oz tater tots
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pinch salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon or sausage and crumble. Place in bottom of greased 9x13 pan or large casserole dish. Add tater tots to casserole. Mix together eggs and milk, salt and pepper and poor over tater tots. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350º for one hour. ©
