3-4 lb. Beef Brisket
1/4 c. liquid smoke
1/2 t celery salt
1/2 garlic salt
1/2 onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place 3-4 lb beef brisket on large piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. liquid smoke and 1/2 t. each of the following celery salt, garlic salt and onion powder. Wrap well and put in crock pot on low 8 to 12 hours ( or High 4-6 hours). Serve with juices. Pour on Bar-B-Q sauce.
