1 cup grated parmesan cheese
½ c. fat-free mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small clove garlic
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, finely
chopped
1/3 c. finely chopped roasted red bell pepper
(7.25 oz. jar)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In food processor bowl, combine parmesan, mayonnaise, cream cheese and garlic. Process until smooth. Place mixture in large bowl. Add artichoke hearts and bell pepper; blend well. Spread in non greased 9 inch pie pan or quiche pan. Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve warm with crackers, cut-up fresh vegetables or snack bread slices.
