2 lb. ground beef
1 dry onion soup mix packet
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 bag of Triscuts (crushed)
A big swirl of mustard
1 tsp of worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs

Topping:
1/3 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until very well mixed (Make sure Triscuts are well mixed and not sitting in bottom of bowl). Put into a 9x9 greased baking pan or casserole dish. Mix ketchup and mustard together in bowl and spread over top of meatloaf. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 45 minutes.
