3 1/2 lbs pork spareribs
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp hickory smoked salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup cola
1 1/4 cups of your choice of barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 4 - 5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray
In a small bowl mix brown sugar, salt and pepper and then rub mixture into ribs. Cut ribs into 2 or 3 rib serving portions and place in cooker, pour cola around the ribs. Cover and cook for 8 hours.

Remove ribs and drain liquid from cooker. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce and place back in cooker, pour rest of sauce over ribs and cover. Cook on low for 1 hour.
