1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder

5 t. salt
5 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all DRY ingredients. Put in plastic bag with ribs. (cutting the racks in half or thirds, makes this more manageable - and divide the dry ingredients accordingly) Shake well and massage dry rub into surface of meat. Refrigerate 24 hours.

Preheat grill - turn off half the burners and adjust heat to 350º.
Wrap ribs in foil - cook 1 hour. Open foil and slop on BBQ sauce and rewrap. Cook another 40 minutes. During last 10 minutes, brush both sides with sauce.
Take ribs out of foil and cook directly over fire now - meat should be 170º - or about another 15-20 minutes.
Remove from grill and sprinkle ribs with a little spice mixture and brush with more sauce.
Let ribs rest 5 minutes before serving.º

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I found it easier to bake the ribs in the oven at 350 and then put them on the grill the last 15-20 minutes.
These ribs are awesome!!
I've never tried ribs before - these were excellent. Even the little kids loved them.
