1-2 cans of cherry pie filling (Western Family)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
red food coloring, optional

1 egg and oil (mixed together)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cherry pie filling, sugar, salt, extract, food coloring. Pour into bottom pie crust. Dot with butter. Roll out remaining crust put on top of cherry mixture. Seal and flute edges. Mix egg and oil together, brush on top of pie.
Bake @ 375 º for 55 to 60 minutes.
