3-4 lb. Beef Roast
1 can French Onion Soup
1 can beef broth
1 can beer

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crock pot. Pour remaining ingredients over the roast. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove roast from juice and shredd meat. Put the shredded meat back into the juice. Serve meet in hoagie buns and use juice for Au Jus. So Good! It can be made without the beer and is just as good.
