1 1/2 C all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 10oz pkg mint flavored chocolate chips, divided
6 T butter, softened
1 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In small saucepan over low heat, melt 1 C chocolate chips. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add melted chips and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in remaining chips. Put dough in freezer (covered) for 30 minutes. Shape dough in 1 inch balls; coat with confectioners sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350º until tops appear cracked. Leave on cookie sheets for 2 minutes. Remove from sheets and cool on racks.
