3 pounds chicken breast
½ cup white wine
½ cup (or more) water
½ tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon pepper
¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
2 ribs celery, strings removed and ribs chopped ½-thick
½ cup red seedless grapes
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 or 3-inch deep baking pan, combine wine, water, salt and pepper and garlic. Add chick breasts, (water should just cover the breasts), cover pan with foil, and place in a preheated 300 degree oven. Cook until breasts are cooked through (about 30 minutes). Remove from oven and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine celery grapes, walnuts, mayo and sugar. Shred the cooled chicken breasts and add to the other ingredients. Mix well, taste, and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper. Keep refrigerated until serving.
