1 1/2 cups quick cooking oatmeal
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add to dry ingredients. Add beaten egg; mix well. Drop from teaspoon 1 inch apart on cookie sheet, covered with parchment paper. Bake for about 8 minutes at 350º. Let stand 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
