Ingredients: 6 cups of Pepsi Wild Cherry or Cherry Cola 2 cups of Cherry Jam or Preserves 2 cups of Cherry Canned Fruit (cut cherries down to smaller pieces) 2/3 cup Dijon Mustard or Horseradish 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons Malt Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon Hot Pepper Sauce

Directions:Boil Cherry Cola in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat until reduced to 1˝ cups, about 45 minutes. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until mixture is reduced to 2 ˝ cups, stirring occasionally, about 35 minutes. Transfer glaze to large bowl. (Can be made 1 week ahead. Cover; chill. Bring to room temperature before using.) you can make this in a larger quantity.
Ribs: 7 to 7 ˝ pounds Use your favorite dry rub on your ribs. Place the ribs on a rack in the deep backing tray (perfect for Turkey or Turduken). Pour ˝ cup of red wine, and ˝ cup of water or fruit juice at the bottom of the backing tray. Cover the tray very tight with foil. Bake at 350 for 3 hours. Ribs should be fork tender. Drain juice and let it cool and refrigerate. You can make this a day or two before.
Serving: Pre –heat your Cherry Glaze Sauce. Place the ribs on grill on medium high to heat and get grill marks. Glaze the ribs to desire amount and save some Cherry Glaze Sauce for table.
