3 & 1/2 c Plain Flour
3 c Sugar
2 tsp Soda
2/3 c Water
2 tsp Nutmeg
2 tsp Ground Clove
3 tsp Cinnamon
1 lb Can Pumpkin
1/2 tsp Salt
4 eggs
1 c Oil
1 c Raisins
1 c Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Mix eggs, sugar, oil, and water, then mix in dry ingredients. Add pumpkin, raisins, and nuts. Bake in mini-loaf pans at 350º for approx. 45 minutes. Makes 8 mini-loaves. Freezes well.
