2 lbs. baby carrots
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. light brown sugar
3 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots in water for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain. In same pot, combine butter, sugar, honey, salt and zest. Cook over medium heat until bubbly. Add carrots to the glaze and cook 3 minutes while tossing gently. Transfer carrots to a serving bowl and drizzle with glaze.
