3/4 c. Margarine, softened
2 c. Oatmeal
1 1/4 c. Flour
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/3 c. Light Corn Syrup
1/2 c. Peanut Butter (natural is best)
1 c. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 375º
Mix all ingredients, except Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chips, until blended. Press into a greased 9" x 13" pan and bake for 15-20 minutes (depending how soft you want them.) Remove from oven, spoon Peanut Butter over hot bars & sprinkle Chocolate Chips over top. When soft, spread over top, cut & serve.
