6 eggs
1 c. of oil
1 tsp. of anise extract
1 c. of sugar
4 c. of flour
8 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 c. of whole milk
1 box of confectioner's sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
food coloring
multi colored nonpareils

Directions:
Mix together eggs, oil, anise and sugar. In separate bowl mix flour and baking powder. Add wet ingredients to dry. Mix well. Drop by tsp. on oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for about 10 min or golden brown.

To make frosting: Mix together confectioner's sugar and milk, add enough milk until frosting is thick but spreadable. Add tsp of Vanilla extract (or anise if you like) Add a few drops of whatever food coloring you choose. I like to make 2 or 3 separate bowls of different colored frosting. After cookies have cooled you can either dip the tops into frosting or spread it on with a culinary brush. Place finished cookies on wax paper so they can dry. Add non pareils while frosting is still wet.
