2 pounds Stew meat (or round steak), cut up bite size
6 diced Potatoes
6 diced Carrots
1 large diced Onion
2 cans (14-15 oz) size diced canned Tomatoes
3/4 cup Water
5 tbsp Minute tapioca
3 tbsp Brown sugar
salt & pepper to tast

Directions:
Preheat oven 250 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a covered roaster or baking dish. Bake 5 hours. DO NOT OPEN LID WHILE COOKING! When done cooking, if you want it to be thicker, use cornstarch according to package directions.
