1 head shredded Cabbage or small bag cole slaw mix (can also use 2-3 small napa cabbages instead)
1 cup sliced Almonds
1/4 cup Sesame seeds
1/2 cup chopped Green onion
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Oil
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1/8 tsp Black pepper
1 packet Ramen Noodles Chicken Flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together vinegar, sugar, oil, soy sauce, and pepper - boil for 1 minute, cool and store in own container in frig. Toast almonds 5-8 minutes in 350 degree oven. Mix with cabbage, sesame seeds and green onions, refrigerate. Just before serving, toss dressing with cabbage mixture. Break up Ramen noodles and sprinkle on top of cole slaw. Serve - does not keep - only good for one day once all mixed together.
