Back Ribs
Salt and Pepper
1 Chopped Onion
2 Crushed Garlic Cloves
2 Cups Apple Juice
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Sprinkle Thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Braise in a pan Back Ribs, salt and pepper. Then add onion and garlic cloves. Pour over the apple juice, apple cider and sprinkle of thyme. Cover with foil and bake in oven until meat starts coming away from the bone - about 1 hour.
Uncover baste ribs with liquid in pan and return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
