1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 small can of mandarin oranges with juice

Frosting:
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
9 oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and madarin oranges together and put into 2 greased and floured 8" pans. Bake at 350º for 20 - 25 min. or until golden brown. Cool for 30 min.

Frosting:
Mix pudding and pineapple with mixer. Fold in cool whip. Spread between cooled cake layers and then on top.
