4 yellow squash, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 white onion, sliced
2 eggs
4 slices bacon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash, bell pepper and onion. Drain and place a casserole dish. Fry bacon, saving grease. Mix sugar bacon grease, eggs, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mis well. Pour over squash mixture. Flatten and sprinkle crumbled up bacon over casserole. Bake at 375 º until bubbly and brown.
