2 dozen medium pickels
10 onions, sliced
1/2 c. salt

1 qt. vinegar (or more)
2 c. sugar (or more)
2 tsp. tumeric
2 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Soak pickels, onions and salt in ice water to cover for 3 hours.
Scald vinegar, sugar and seasonings, add cucumbers and onions. Heat, but do not boil them, just heat through. Put into sterilized jars.
