2- 7 oz package flaked coconut ( 5 1/3 cups)
1 - 14 oz can Eagle Brand Milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp almond

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine cocoanut, milk and extracts. Mix well. Drop on foil covered cookie sheets ( generously greased). Garnish with cherry. Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Immediately remove from sheet. Store loosely covered at room temperature. Makes 4 dozen cookies
