3 medium apples
1 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t allspice
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 c melted butter
1 egg
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop apples coarsely, add sugar and let stand 10 minutes. Blend in butter and egg. Add flour mixture, stir until blended. Fold in nuts and raisins.

Bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes in a square 10x10 or 9x9 pan.
