3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
25 Ritz crackers (cut each one into 8 pieces)
1 cup pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff, and sugar and powder, and beat again until very stiff.
Fold crackers and nuts into egg white mixture.
Grease a large pie plate with margarine (very well greased) Bake at 350º for 20 - 25 minutes.
When cold, can slice bananas or other fruit and top with whipped cream.
