2 lb beef stew meat
3 sliced carrots
4 ribs celery sliced
1/4 onion chopped, or to taste
1 can green beans & liquid
1 can peas & juice
2 large potatoes cut up
1 can mushrooms and juice
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 cup wine
dash of garlic salt
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Layer ingredients in tightly covered pan. Cook 5 hours at 275º. Do not stir.
