1 peck ripe tomatoes (15 pounds)
8 large onions
8 sweet red peppers
3 tablespoons salt
5 cups vinegar
5 cups sugar
1 tablespoons cinnamon
hot red peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice tomatoes and put onions and red peppers through food chopper. Put all together and boil until thick.
