1 1/4 c flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. All Bran Cereal
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. veg. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, sugar, baking power, salt. Set aside. In large mixing bowl combine cereal and milk. Let stand 5 minutes until softens. Add egg, oil, beat well. Add flour mixture. Pour into 2 1/2 inch muffin tins coated with spray. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
