1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cups cubed potatoes
2 cans chicken broth
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1 pound Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables in cups water until tender (do not drain). Ad 2 cans chicken broth (undiluted) and 1 can water. Stir 4 tablespoons flour into 2 cups of mild and add to soup. Boil slowly, stir until slightly thickened. Add 1 pound of Velvetta cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
