¾ to 1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. All purpose flour
dash of salt
mix together and add to 5 cups fresh sliced peaches. Set aside.

In separate bowl mix:
1 c. softened butter or margarine
¾ c. oats
¾ cup brown sugar
1/3 c. all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients until crumbly. May add more oats and sugar if too sticky. Divide in half. Spread ½ on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 400.

Put other half aside. After baking, put in bottom of greased 9x13 pan and pour peach mixture in. Sprinkle unbaked crumbly mixture on top. Bake approx 45 minutes at 400º until bubbly.
